Badian is a Philippine municipality in the province of Cebu with about 38,000 residents. It is situated approximately 98 km southwest of Cebu City. Its neighbouring municipalities are Moalboal to the north, Alegria to the south and the municipalities of Dalaguete and Argao to the east. To the west, the municipality borders the Tañon Strait.
